About Tenneco Clean Air IPO
Tenneco Clean Air was established in 2018 and focuses on designing and manufacturing clean air and powertrain products for use in automobiles. As of March 31, 2025, the company operates 12 manufacturing facilities in India, which include 7 Clean Air & Powertrain Solution units and 5 Advanced Ride Technologies units spread across seven states and one union territory. The company maintains a local supply chain that follows the global purchasing standards of the Tenneco Group. During the financial years 2025, 2024, and 2023, around 91–92% of its raw material costs (excluding substrates) were sourced from within India.
