About Solarworld Energy Solutions IPO

SolarWorld Energy Solutions Limited, incorporated in 2013, is a company that provides solar energy solutions, focusing on engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services for solar power projects. The company offers solar solutions through two main models. Under the Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) model, it delivers complete solar project solutions, including design, installation, setup, and commissioning, with the project ownership remaining with the customer. Under the Renewable Energy Service Company (RESCO) model, businesses can adopt solar power without any upfront investment, helping them reduce their carbon footprint with minimal financial burden.

On May 14, 2024, SolarWorld Energy Solutions entered into an equity cooperation agreement with ZNSHINE PV-Tech Co. Ltd., a Bloomberg NEF tier-1 solar panel supplier from China, to establish a solar panel manufacturing facility. The company’s customer base includes SJVN Green Energy Limited, Haldiram Snacks Private Limited, Ethnic Food Manufacturing Private Limited, and Samiksha Solarworld Private Limited.

As of July 31, 2025, the company had 277 employees. Its competitive strengths include a strong track record and in-house execution capabilities for end-to-end solar EPC solutions, robust financial performance driven by an asset-light business model, and strong customer relationships built on reliable project delivery with a focus on quality. The company is supported by an experienced management team and qualified personnel with extensive industry experience.
