The State Bank of India (SBI) is inviting online applications from eligible and interested candidates for the post of Manager Retail Products in Middle Management Grade Scale-III on a regular basis. There are 04 vacancies available in this recruitment.

Vacancy Details

According to the official notification, the vacancies are distributed as follows:

Age Limit

Minimum Age: 28 years
Maximum Age: 40 years

Educational Qualification

Candidates must have one of the following degrees from an institute recognized by Govt. bodies/ AICTE / UGC:

MBA (Master of Business Administration)
PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma in Management)
PGPM (Post Graduate Program in Management)
MMS (Master of Management Studies)

Experience Requirement

Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in an Executive / Supervisory / Managerial role in a Scheduled Commercial Bank’s Retail Banking division.
Preferred Experience: Out of the total experience, at least 2 years should be in Product Development.

Salary (Pay Scale)

Selected candidates will receive a pay scale of:
₹85,920 – 2,680/5 – 99,320 – 2,980/2 – 1,05,280

Additionally, candidates will be eligible for DA, HRA, CCA, Provident Fund, NPS, LFC, Medical Facility, and other benefits as per SBI rules.

Selection Process

The selection will be based on:

Shortlisting:
- Meeting the minimum qualifications does not guarantee an interview.
- SBI’s selection committee will determine the shortlisting criteria.
Interview:
- The interview will be 100 marks.
- The qualifying marks will be decided by SBI.
Merit List:
- Candidates will be ranked based on their interview scores.
- If multiple candidates have the same score, the older candidate will be ranked higher.
