Educational Qualifications
- Any undergraduate degree (10+2+3 stream) or its equivalent is required.
Preferred Qualification:
- Specialization in Marketing from institutions recognized/approved by government bodies, AICTE, or UGC.
- Post-graduation in Marketing discipline is also preferred.
Experience Requirement
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of marketing within the Banking and Financial Services sector.
- Candidates with a Post-Graduate degree specializing in Marketing require at least 1 year of experience in Banking and Financial Services.
Salary
- Fixed Pay: ₹15,000 per month (₹12,000 basic + ₹3,000 fixed conveyance allowance).
- Variable Incentive: Based on the volume of loans sourced and disbursed.
