What Did the Bank Say?
The bank manager, Devesh Gautam, initially told Rahul that the money would be returned within 72 hours. However, several days have passed, and the amount has still not been credited back to his account.
Speaking to the media, Manager Devesh Gautam confirmed the incident. He said the bank is aware of the problem and is working to resolve it this week. He assured that the customer’s issue is being treated seriously.
