PNB Internal Ombudsman Recruitment 2025: Punjab National Bank (PNB) has released notification for recruitment of candidates to the post of Internal Ombudsman (IO). Last Date to apply is 22.02.2025. All details related to this recruitment are given below.

PNB Internal Ombudsman Vacancy

There are a total of 2 vacancies for this post.

Age Limit

Candidates must be less than 65 years of age. Age will be calculated as on the last date of submission of application.

Eligibility

The candidate must be either a retired or serving officer (excluding those from Punjab National Bank, erstwhile OBC, erstwhile UNI, and related entities) holding a rank equivalent to General Manager in another bank, financial sector regulatory body, NBSP, NBFC, or CIC. Additionally, the candidate must not have been previously employed by the Bank or its related entities and should not be currently employed by them.

Experience

The candidate must have at least seven years of experience and relevant expertise in areas such as banking, non-banking finance, regulation, supervision, payment and settlement systems, credit information, or consumer protection.

PNB Internal Ombudsman Salary 2025

The Internal Ombudsman (IO) will receive a fixed monthly remuneration of ₹1.75 lakh for the entire tenure, subject to applicable tax deductions.
The IO will be entitled to reimbursement of telephone and mobile expenses as per the policy applicable to TEG Scale VII officials (General Manager) of the Bank.
The IO will be provided with a bank car and driver. For outstation duties or eligible travel, TA/DA will be paid as per the entitlement of TEG Scale VII officials (General Manager) of the Bank.
