The Officer Association of Gujarat Gramin Bank and Gujarat Gramin Bank Employees Association have written a formal letter to the General Manager (HR) at the bank’s Head Office in Vadodara, raising serious concerns about administrative harassment, violation of service regulations and poor HR management at the Regional Office in Valsad. 

Bank of India Officers Attacked During Loan Recovery Visit in Ratnagiri. According to information shared, the officials had gone to meet a borrower whose loan account had become a Non-Performing Asset (NPA). The purpose of the visit was to follow up on the recovery of the overdue loan amount. However, the situation turned violent during the visit. The borrower, along with some of his associates, allegedly attacked the bank officials and also damaged the bank’s vehicle. The attackers reportedly used an iron rod and hit the vehicle, causing damage.
