The Central Crime Station (CCS) of Hyderabad Police has registered a case against five former employees of Unity Small Finance Bank. They are accused of cheating the bank of nearly ₹70 crore by falsifying records. They are accused of demanding illegal payments for loan approvals, approving loans with inflated property values, diverting DSA payouts, and using supervisor login credentials to approve unauthorized loans.
The Court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate in Shopian has rejected the bail applications of five officials of HDFC Bank who were arrested in connection with a large financial fraud case. Canara Bank has declared the loan account of Reliance Communications Ltd (RCOM) and its related companies as fraud after an internal review found serious irregularities in the use of bank funds. According to the bank’s findings, Reliance Communications Ltd (RCOM), Reliance Infratel Ltd (RITL) and Reliance Telecom Ltd (RTL) together received about ₹31,580 crore in loans from various banks. A shocking incident has come to light from the Lasudia police station area of Indore, where two women allegedly entered a house and assaulted a resident after claiming to be bank bouncers. The police have registered a case against the accused and started an investigation into the matter. According to the police, the complainant Gunja Paliwal (40), a resident of Shreenath Township, filed a complaint regarding the incident. She stated that the incident happened on Saturday afternoon when she was present at her home. At that time, two women identified as Sushma Dubey and Bulbul arrived at her house. The women claimed that they were bank bouncers.
