About Mittal Sections IPO

Mittal Sections Limited, incorporated in 2009, is engaged in the production of basic iron and steel products. The company manufactures mild steel sections and structural steel items such as flat bars, round bars, angles, and channels, offering a wide range of reliable and high-quality solutions. Its products are sold under the brand name “MSL-MITTAL,” which is recognized for durability, quality, and adherence to industry standards.

The company operates two manufacturing plants in Changodar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, with a current installed capacity of 36,000 MTPA. It also has plans to expand its capacity to 96,000 MTPA in the future. Mittal Sections produces different steel products including MS Angles, which are L-shaped components used in load-bearing structures; MS Flats, rectangular steel widely used in construction, automotive, and engineering; MS Round Bars, cylindrical steel known for strength and flexibility; and MS Channels, C-shaped steel designed for structural stability and heavy use.

As of February 28, 2025, the company employs 63 permanent staff members. Its competitive strengths include a well-established manufacturing setup, strategically located plants that ensure cost efficiency and supply chain stability, a strong customer base, deep knowledge of customer requirements, a wide range of product offerings, and an experienced team of promoters and managers.
