About Mahendra Realtors IPO
Mahendra Realtors and Infrastructure Limited was established in June 2007 and is a growing company that provides a variety of services. These include structural repairs, rehabilitation, retrofitting, waterproofing, corporate interior work, BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) projects, maintenance, construction, and infrastructure restoration. The company has been involved in many repair and restoration projects for government agencies such as CIDCO and has worked on railway stations in Vashi and Belapur, using modern materials like polymer-modified mortar, micro concrete, and advanced waterproofing techniques. At Ghatkopar, the company carried out steel jacketing and retrofitting work, which was certified for stability by IIT Bombay. It has also completed interior projects for institutions like IIT Bombay, the Airport Authority of India, the VVIP Circuit House in Pune, and SVP Hospital in Ahmedabad.
