About Mahamaya Lifesciences IPO
Mahamaya Lifesciences Limited was established in 2002 and is a well-known company that manufactures and supplies pesticide formulations in bulk. The company began its operations by working with the Central Insecticides Board and Registration Committee (CIBRC) to import and register key pesticide molecules that were not produced in India. After obtaining the necessary approvals, the company started selling these molecules as technical products to both Indian agrochemical companies and multinational corporations.
Over the years, Mahamaya Lifesciences has grown steadily. In December 2021, it set up its own manufacturing plant in Dahej, Gujarat. Today, its products are distributed across several Indian states, including Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana. The company also exports its products to international markets such as Turkey, Egypt, and the United Arab Emirates.
