The Indian Bank Trust for Rural Development (IBTRD) is looking to fill Faculty and Attender positions on a contractual basis at their INDSETI-Vellore training institute.
Faculty Position
- Number of Vacancies: 1
Eligibility Criteria:
- Age: 22-40 years
- Educational Qualification: Graduate in any stream, with preference for:
- MSW/MA in Rural Development
- MA in Sociology/Psychology
- B.Sc. in Veterinary/Horticulture/Agriculture/Agri. Marketing
- B.A. with B.Ed.
- Experience: Previous experience as Faculty is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Fluency in the local language (Tamil) and English is essential.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, Internet, and Tally. Typing skills in English are mandatory; typing skills in Tamil are a plus.
- Other Requirements: A valid driving license is required.
Salary and Benefits:
- Consolidated Salary: ₹30,000 per annum
- Annual Performance Incentive: ₹2,000 per quarter (totaling ₹8,000 annually)
- Fixed Conveyance Allowance: ₹2,500 per month, contingent on meeting minimum visit requirements
- Mobile Allowance: ₹300 per month
Attender Position
- Number of Vacancies: 1
Eligibility Criteria:
- Age: 18-40 years
- Educational Qualification: Matriculate
- Other Requirements: Ability to read and write in the local language (Tamil) is preferred.
Salary and Benefits:
- Consolidated Salary: ₹14,000 per month
- Annual Performance Incentive: ₹1,000 per quarter (totaling ₹4,000 annually)
- Fixed Conveyance Allowance: ₹1,000 per month
- Mobile Allowance: ₹300 per month
Location: Both positions are based at INDSETI, Vellore.
