Role Overview:

As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers, increasing wallet share, and providing tailored banking solutions to meet customer needs. You will engage in a 360-degree banking approach, offering a wide range of products such as savings solutions, loans, overdrafts, investments, trade solutions, and wealth management. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and uphold our core values of “Fair to the Customer and Fair to the Bank.”

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide an excellent banking experience by understanding customer needs and offering suitable financial products and services.
  • Business Development: Drive growth by increasing wallet share from existing customers and onboarding new customers with comprehensive banking solutions.
  • 360-Degree Banking: Collaborate with internal teams to offer a complete suite of banking products tailored to customer requirements.
  • Portfolio Management: Ensure customer engagement and portfolio quality through superior service and relationship management.
  • Customized Solutions: Offer personalized financial solutions in line with branch guidelines and customer needs.
  • Ethical Banking Practices: Ensure all product offerings and customer interactions align with the bank’s philosophy of fairness and transparency.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

  • Educational Qualification: MBA or Graduate with relevant experience in relationship management.
  • Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Ability to understand and address customer needs with tailored banking solutions.
  • Sales & Business Acumen: Experience in growing customer relationships and driving revenue through banking products.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work with cross-functional teams to enhance customer service and product offerings.
