Key Responsibilities
- Customer 360° Engagement: Develop and strengthen client relationships to increase wallet share and revenue through holistic banking solutions that align with customer needs.
- Risk-Calibrated Business Development: Identify, segment, and onboard new clients as per the bank’s risk framework to drive business growth.
- Portfolio Management: Manage a high-quality corporate client portfolio, generating new business leads while deepening relationships with existing customers.
- Customer Service Excellence: Partner with customers throughout their lifecycle, offering tailored financial solutions and services.
- Adherence to Values: Ensure all products and services align with the guiding principle of being Fair to Customer, Fair to Bank.
Qualifications & Skills
Educational Qualification:
- Chartered Accountant with 0-6 years of experience.
Communication Skills:
- Ability to tailor conversations (verbal & written) based on customer needs, with a strong focus on service delivery.
Financial Understanding:
- Strong grasp of financial analysis, balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and cash flow statements.
- Basic knowledge of banking products is essential.
