About Ecoline Exim IPO
Ecoline Exim Limited, established in 2008, is a manufacturer of sustainable cotton and jute packaging products, as well as promotional bags, primarily for export markets. The company supplies its products to over 25 countries, including the European Union, the USA, Japan, Southeast Asia, and Mexico.
It functions as an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer), offering packaging solutions to supermarkets, retail chains, wholesalers, and promotional companies. By September 30, 2024, Ecoline Exim had served 48 customers for functional packaging needs and 24 customers for promotional requirements. As of December 31, 2024, it held an outstanding order book of cotton and jute bags valued at ₹9,744.37 lakhs from about 60 customers.
The company operates three manufacturing units—one in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, and two in West Bengal. As of September 30, 2024, it employed 267 people across different locations.
