A video of an ICICI Bank branch in Bhadra, Hanumangarh, Rajasthan, is going viral on social media. In the video, a customer makes serious allegations against the branch.
He claims that the branch has not opened his account for the last 15 days. According to him, the official responsible for account opening told him that the account would be opened only after six months. He further alleged that the branch is insisting he maintain a minimum balance of ₹1 lakh in his account.

Recently, ICICI Bank has decreased the minimum balance limit to Rs.15,000.
