About BLT Logistics IPO
BLT Logistics Limited, established in 2011, provides goods transportation using container trucks and also offers warehousing services to different industries and businesses. The company’s transportation services are supported by its own fleet and by its subsidiary, Sabarmati Express India Private Limited, along with help from small fleet owners and agents who provide containerized trucks.
As of March 31, 2024, the company owns 90 operational vehicles ranging from 3.5 to 18 metric tons, and Sabarmati, which is almost entirely owned by BLT Logistics, has another 15 vehicles of 9 metric tons.
The company offers a variety of services. In transportation and related services, it provides business-to-business (B2B) options such as Full Truck Load (FTL), Less Than Truck Load (LTL), packing and moving, and project cargo transport. These services use a variety of vehicles and technology to ensure fast, safe, and cost-effective delivery. In 2023, the company also started offering warehousing services at three rented locations that are strategically placed to serve industries like electronics, retail, food, and multinational companies. These warehouses are managed using detailed inventory systems through regular reports.
As of March 2024, BLT Logistics had 37 employees. Its main strengths include a solid track record, strong relationships with a wide range of customers, a variety of logistics services, and experienced leadership.
