The Consumer Price Index (CPI) for December 2024 has been announced, showing a decrease of 0.80 points, dropping from 144.50 to 143.70. Based on the CPI figures released by the government for the months of October 2024 to December 2024, there will be an increase of 1.37% in Dearness Allowance (DA). Consequently, the total revised DA will be 21.20%, effective from February 2025 to April 2025, as per the 12th Bipartite Settlement (BPS). Check Officer wise DA Hike.
