On Thursday afternoon, a tragic incident occurred in Jashpurnagar where Vibha Bharti, a 23-year-old female deputy branch manager of the Bank of Maharashtra, was found dead in her rented accommodation. The circumstances surrounding her suicide remain unclear, and the police are currently awaiting the arrival of her relatives for further insights.
Details of the Incident
The incident took place in a complex near Shanti Bhawan on Gamhariya Road, within the jurisdiction of the City Kotwali police station. Bank officials reported that Vibha, who hailed from Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, had been working as the Deputy Branch Manager in Jashpur for approximately five months.
On the day of the incident, Vibha reported to work at her usual time. Around noon, she expressed feeling unwell and decided to rest in her rented room located behind the bank. When her colleagues checked on her condition later, they discovered her body hanging from the ceiling fan.
