Bank of Baroda has released notification for recruitment of candidates to the post of Financial Counsellor.

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Eligibility Criteria:

• Retired bank officers, ex-servicemen, or candidates from the open market with strong knowledge of banking, investment, pension, law, finance, communication, and team-building skills.
• Education: Graduate degree from a recognized university. Preference will be given to postgraduates in Agriculture, Veterinary Science, Sociology, Psychology, and Social Work.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in banking/related fields such as NBFCs, FIs, BCs, or BC-Coordinators.
• Must have basic computer knowledge.
• Proficiency in the local language is required.
• Maximum age limit: 64 years (subject to good health).
• Candidates must have a clean service record.
• Must be a resident of the respective state and willing to do fieldwork.

Preferred Candidates:

• Applicants from Vadodara district will be given preference.

Salary & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary: ₹25,000/- per month
• Conveyance Reimbursement: ₹3,000 – ₹5,000 (Variable)
