About the Role:

As a Sales Manager – Gold Loan, you will lead a team of executives responsible for sourcing and managing gold loan proposals in rural and semi-urban markets. The role involves attending to customer service requests, assisting with documentation and disbursement formalities, and driving business growth through direct sourcing and partnerships with channel partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve disbursement targets assigned by the organization while ensuring the quality of the loan portfolio.
  • Process loan applications efficiently and accurately while maintaining high service standards.
  • Address customer queries and deliver appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
  • Engage with customers to promote and cross-sell additional banking products and services.
  • Strengthen customer relationships and enhance the depth of existing connections.
  • Oversee soft recovery for loans within the existing portfolio.
  • Ensure compliance with KYC, SEBI, and other regulatory guidelines.
