Position Description:
The Sales Officer – MBL will be responsible for sourcing new business, achieving sales targets, and managing relationships with customers for the MBL (Mortgage-Backed Loans) product line.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new customers to generate business for the MBL product.
- Manage relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Ensure all required documentation is collected and submitted for loan processing.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain knowledge of MBL products and offerings to effectively serve customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer queries or concerns.
