AIPNBOF Calls for Nationwide Strike in PNB Bank on 11 April

The All India Punjab National Bank Officers’ Federation (AIPNBOF) has announced a one-day nationwide strike in Punjab National Bank on April 11, 2025, highlighting 11 pressing demands. The strike notice, issued on March 18, underscores grievances related to management inaction, transfer policies, pension rights, and other crucial concerns.

The demands of AIPNBOF are as follows:

• Action against those who assaulted an officer at the Circle Office in Raipur.
• Removal of discriminatory clauses in the transfer policy.
• Payment of medical aid linked to the revised basic pay.
• Employees’ right to choose their pension fund under the National Pension System (NPS).
• Removal of “Day-End Check” system.
• Online association membership through Employee Self-Service (ESS).
• Revision of New Performance-Linked Incentive (PLI) scheme for officers of Scale 4 and above.

AIPNBOF has urged its members across the country to participate in full force to ensure the success of the strike.
