AIBOC calls for implementation of 5 Day Week Banking and Recruitment of More Staff

All India Bank Officers’ Confederation (AIBOC) has released a letter calling for the implementation of 5 Day Work Week in Banks and the recruitment of more staff in public sector banks. In the 12th Bipartite Settlement, it was mentioned that 5 day work week would be implemented after approval from the government. But till now, 5-day banking has not been implemented.

In recent years, banks in India, have been grappling with an acute shortage of staff. This staffing gap has become a critical issue affecting not only the efficiency of banking services but also customer satisfaction, employee morale, and overall productivity. AIBOC has also called for recruitment of more staff in Public Sector Banks to resolve this issue.

  1. At least AIBOC leadership has AWOKEN and RECALLED most important part of last Bipartite 5 DAY BANKING. But unfortunately UFBU leadership is still SLEEPING under the effect of IBA. REALLY CURRENT BANKING TRADE UNION LEADERSHIP HAS FAILED AND DESTROYED AND DECIMATED AND DECEIVED BANKERS. BANKERS PRAY TO GOD ALMIGHTY TO PUNISH THEM
