About Aditya Infotech IPO

Aditya Infotech Limited (AIL) is a company that makes and sells video security and surveillance products under the brand name ‘CP Plus’. They offer a wide variety of products such as smart home IoT cameras, HD analog systems, advanced network cameras, body-worn and thermal cameras, long-range infrared cameras, and smart solutions like number plate recognition, people counting, and heat mapping. For home users, they provide products like smart Wi-Fi cameras, 4G cameras, dash cameras, and more. In the financial year 2025, the company had 2,986 different product models available across India and sold them in over 550 cities and towns.

To support its business, AIL has 41 branch offices and 13 centers that handle product returns. Their products are sold through a large network of over 1,000 distributors in big and small cities and more than 2,100 system integrators who help with installation and support. The company also has 10 warehouses located in different parts of the country, including Delhi, Gurugram, Haryana, and Noida in North India.
